Because our products are sensitive laboratory materials, our returns policy is necessarily limited. Please read it carefully before ordering.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.
Refunds and replacements
A refund or replacement is offered where:
- the item arrived damaged,
- an incorrect item was supplied, or
- the product was lost in transit.
How to make a claim
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photographs of the packaging and product, and a clear description of the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. As shipping is free, there are no delivery charges to refund.
