Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. All orders are sent fully tracked.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before our daily cut-off on a working day are prioritised for next-day dispatch.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and typically arrive the next working day after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email once your order has been collected by our courier.
International orders
We ship internationally, fully tracked at no extra cost. Delivery times vary by destination. All international orders are subject to local customs regulations, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Temperature-sensitive shipments
Where required, temperature-sensitive items are sent in insulated packaging with appropriate cooling materials to protect product integrity in transit.
Delays and risk
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer on confirmed delivery.
